Lusso Althea Care provides professional home-care services for individuals and families who require assistance, companionship, nursing care or other forms of support within their homes.
Is Lusso Althea Care a caregiver placement agency?
Lusso Althea Care goes beyond simple caregiver placement. We assess care needs, develop care plans, match clients with suitable caregivers, prepare caregivers and remain involved through supervision and ongoing monitoring.
What types of caregivers do you provide?
Depending on the client's needs, we provide Carers, Nursing Assistants/Community Health Workers and Registered Nurses.
How do you select caregivers?
Our process may include interviews, identity verification, reference and guarantor checks, medical screening, skills assessment, experience review and training.
Do you train your caregivers?
Yes. Caregivers receive appropriate training and preparation based on their role and the requirements of the client.
Do you provide live-in care?
Yes, where appropriate and based on the client's needs and agreed care arrangement.
Do you provide visiting care?
Yes. Visiting care can be arranged depending on the client's needs and the available care structure.
Do you provide dementia care?
Yes. We provide individualized support for people living with dementia.
Do you provide nursing care?
Yes. Registered nurses are available for clients whose care needs require professional nursing support.
Can someone outside Nigeria arrange care for a loved one?
Yes. Families living abroad can contact Lusso Althea Care to coordinate care for loved ones in Nigeria.
Do you provide care for children?
Yes. Our services include childcare, newborn/postpartum support, Omugwo support and special-needs care where appropriate.
How does the assessment work?
The assessment helps us understand the client's condition, daily needs, mobility, environment, routines and level of support required. Assessments can be physical or virtual.

How much does home care cost?
Care costs depend on the level of care required, caregiver category, schedule, location, duration and specific needs of the client. We recommend discussing your situation with our team so that we can understand your needs and recommend an appropriate care arrangement.
What happens if we have a problem with the caregiver?
Families can contact Lusso Althea Care with concerns or feedback. We review concerns appropriately and work to address issues within the care arrangement.
Does Lusso Althea Care monitor caregivers after deployment?
Yes. Lusso Althea Care remains involved through appropriate supervision, family communication, monitoring and care reviews.
How quickly can care begin?
This depends on the client's needs, assessment, caregiver availability and the agreed care arrangement. Our team will provide guidance once we understand your requirements.
